Are you still shipping during the pandemic?

Yes, We are still shipping.  There "might" be a 1- 2 day delay with our shipping partners at this time.

How Does Shipping and processing work?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Standard Shipping usually takes 5-7 Business Days.

What are the payment options?

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged.

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges must be within 7 business days of purchase on all hair bundles that have not been opened, tampered with, has a missing label or worn. Please note that all sales are final once hair extensions are colored, cut, washed, installed, etc.

I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?

Unfortunately, Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded due to system processing. We encourage customers to review order details carefully before submitting their order.

In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will I Am Virgin cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees.?

I An Virgin will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments. Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before scheduling any  hair appointment and services.
